ASTM F15, also known as Kovar, is an alloy containing 29% nickel, 17% cobalt, and the remainder iron, giving it particularly good thermal expansion properties. It is used in MIM (Metal Injection Molding) processes to produce electronic and optoelectronic components. Furthermore, these parts can also undergo CNC machining in later stages
