What we collect
When you contact us through the RFQ form on our contact page, by email, or by WhatsApp, we collect only the information you choose to send us:
- Your name and company name
- Your email address
- Your project description and requirements (material, volume, tolerances, timeline)
- Drawing and design files you attach to your inquiry (STEP, IGES, PDF, and similar formats)
- The content of email and WhatsApp conversations with our team
How we use your information
We use this information to prepare quotations and DFM feedback, and to communicate with you about your project — engineering questions, production updates, and shipping. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your drawings or project details for marketing purposes.
Data retention and deletion
We keep inquiry and project records for a reasonable period after a project ends, so we can answer follow-up questions and support repeat orders. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing mim@mikeshoppingroom.com and we will remove it from our active records.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses only basic cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
